Hi, my name is Camilla and this is my sweet baby Luna! I was born and raised in New Jersey but spent almost 10 years in Colorado. My time living in Colorado, my love for the outdoors and animals led me to create Paws on the Peak- a dog hiking adventure company that I owned and operated for 4 years. I specialized in giving dogs the exercise, socialization and playful structure that they crave.
Now, I’m bringing that same Colorado style adventure experience to the east coast! Just because we don't have access to beautiful mountain views, doesn't mean our dogs can't have the same fun and excitement. Whether it’s off-leash group outings or structured group trail walks, my goal is to provide the dogs with an active and enriching lifestyle-just like I did in Colorado.
I will be completing my certification (CCDT) with CATCH Canine Trainers Academy in August 2025. Being certified gives me the education and plan to blend training with adventure in a new exciting way. This will help dogs not only burn off some energy but also develop better manners, recall and confidence in the real-world settings.
I can’t wait to take your pup on an adventure and bring a little bit of the Colorado spirit to New Jersey!

My dog literally cries tears of happiness when the Paws on The Peak Van pulls up in front of our house. Leo loves Camilla so much he hugs her when she comes to the door. He has so many friends at Paws on the Peak! ! He comes home exhausted and happy.
Camilla is a dog whisperer. she is professional and runs an incredible business. I know my dog Leo is in good hands when he is out for his hikes with Paws on the Peak!!

Our two pups could not be more different in size (14 vs 60 lbs) or temperaments, but they both agree that when they can't be out with mom and dad, hiking and adventuring with Camilla and Paws on the Peak is their most favorite CO pastime. They literally pulse with excitement and happiness when Camilla arrives to pick them up each week. The team is incredibly responsible, caring and thoughtfully attend to each dog's individual needs ("I have the heat turned up for JoJo so she doesn't get chilly in the van," she recently told me). Our pups always return home exhausted, clean and content. And we're absolutely in love with the photos that Camilla and her team snaps when they're out-and-about -- it's literally a mini photo shoot of the two of them each week. We can't recommend or speak more highly of Paws on the Peak.

Camilla/Paws on the Peak is truly the best. Camilla has been walking our dog and visiting our cat when we're out of town now for 4 years! It's so nice to have someone who you thoroughly trust with your fur babies and your house key :) She is reliable, responsive, and has the best memory of what our pets want/need. When we come back from vacation, our cat's litter box is spotless, food and water are filled, and the cat happy as can be. And our dog gets so excited when we tell her Camilla is there to walk her during the week! Camilla truly just loves all the animals she cares for. She always sends the cutest photo updates too. She's the best of the best!
